's-Hertogenbosch can be reached by train from 4 directions. Check itineraries and options offered by NS, NS international, DB, SBB, etc.Best places to get off the international trains are Breda, Arnhem, Venlo or Deventer. Occasionally, ICE trains from Germany are passing 's-Hertogenbosch.
Most trains in The Netherlands run at least every 30 minutes during the day, but not at all during the night (+/- 0:30-6:00).

Most popular Dutch transport is of course the bike! Cycling in 's-Hertogenbosch is convenient and fun, and will allow you to easily reach hotels a bit further away from the venue.
Many hotels have a set of rental bikes available for guests.
The venue, the railway station and the city center are well within walking distance (1.5 km) from each other.
Local buses normally run every 30 minutes. The bus station is in front of the railway station.

Mind that parking near the venue is not easy. There is a free parking nearby, but it is filled up early in the morning by commuters parking near the railway station. The rest of the area is paid parking only.
